How Does A Super Quick History of South Africa Work?

South Africa’s history is like a really fun game where different groups of people take turns being the main players.

Imagine you’re playing tag in the park, one group runs fast and catches the others, then another group comes and takes over. That’s what happened in South Africa for many years.

First, there were the original people who lived in South Africa long before anyone else came. They had their own homes, food, and traditions, like having a big picnic under a tree every day.

Then, around 200 years ago, a new group called the Dutch came from far away, like how your friend might come to play at your house from across town. They started farming and building houses.

Later, some people from Britain also showed up, kind of like if another group of friends joined in on the game. These two groups, Dutch and British, had different rules and played differently for a long time.

Eventually, other people came too, like more players joining the game, and they all lived together, shared food, talked to each other, and made South Africa what it is today!
