Germany had a special group of soldiers who fought for Japan during World War 2, kind of like a playground buddy team from two different schools who joined forces to beat up the bullies.
Imagine you and your best friend both get picked on at recess. Instead of fighting separately, you both decide to work together, you cover for each other, you help each other dodge the bullies, and suddenly, it’s easier to win the game.
That's what happened with Germany and Japan. They were like two friends who didn’t know each other very well, but they realized they were both fighting against the same big group (the Allies). So Germany sent some of its soldiers, a WW2 Japanese Legion, to help Japan in the war, just like you and your friend teaming up.
This special group helped Japan fight better on the Pacific front. They were like extra players in a game who showed up with new tricks and made things easier for Japan’s team.
So even though Germany was far away, they still gave Japan a big boost, it was like having a secret helper from another school!
