How to Freeze Parsley
Using Frozen Parsley Just Like Fresh
When you want to use the parsley, just take it out of the freezer and let it thaw a little. It won’t be slushy or mushy, but it will still taste like it was freshly picked from the garden, almost like it was never frozen!
You can put it in your soup, on your pizza, or even sprinkle it over your eggs. It’s just as good as when you first saw it!
