What are guessing games?

A guessing game is when someone thinks of something and others try to figure it out by asking questions or making guesses.

Imagine you're playing a game with your friend. Your friend closes their eyes and picks one toy from a box, maybe a ball, a car, or a block. You can't see the toy, but you can ask yes-or-no questions like “Is it round?” or “Can you roll it?” Each time you ask a question, your friend answers, and you get closer to figuring out what the toy is.

This is just like a guessing game, someone has something in mind, and you try to guess what it is by using clues.

How It Works

In most guessing games:

  • One person thinks of a word, an object, or even a number.
  • The other people take turns asking questions or making guesses.
  • They get hints until they figure out the answer.

It's like solving a mystery, and every guess brings you closer to the solution!
