Making Shapes with Numbers
- L-shapes: You can make an L by putting numbers side by side and then stacking more on top, just like when you build a corner with your blocks.
- Squares: If you use four numbers to make a box-like shape, like 1 on the bottom left, 2 on the right, 3 on the top right, and 4 on the top left, it looks like a square!
You can also turn number shapes into games. For example, if you're using number tiles on the floor, you might jump from one number to another as you move around the shape.
It’s like drawing with numbers instead of crayons! You get to see how they fit together and maybe even feel them under your feet as you play.
