What Are the Origins of Gravity?

Imagine you're holding a ball in your hand. When you let go, it falls to the ground, that’s gravity at work! But where did gravity come from? Long ago, people thought things fell because they wanted to. Then came Sir Isaac Newton, who noticed that apples fall and the moon orbits the Earth all because of a special invisible pull called gravity. He said everything in the universe has this pull, it's what keeps us on the ground and makes the planets move.
