Water parts are pieces of water that can move around and mix with other things.
Imagine you're playing with a big bucket full of water, it's like one giant puddle. Now, if you pour some of that water into a smaller cup, the water in the cup is a water part. It’s still water, but now it's in its own little container.
Like Sharing Puddles
If you and your friend both have cups with water parts, you can share them, like trading toys. You could pour some of your water into theirs, or mix your water with theirs to make a bigger puddle again.
Or think about when you're playing in the bathtub. The water that splashes up on your face is also a water part, it's just moving from one place to another, like little pieces of water having fun.
Water parts can be big or small, they can be as tiny as a drop from a tap or as huge as a lake. And just like you can move around and play with your toys, water parts can move around and mix with other things too!
Examples
- A water molecule is like a tiny team, two hydrogen players and one oxygen player working together.
- Each drop of water has thousands of these tiny teams inside it.
