What are wolves?

Wolves are big, furry animals that live in packs and hunt together to catch their food.

Wolves are like a team of strong hikers who work together to reach the top of a mountain, they help each other out and share what they find. Just like how you might play tag with your friends, wolves play games with each other too, but instead of just for fun, they train so they can catch animals like deer or rabbits.

Wolves have thick fur, which is like wearing a heavy winter coat, it helps them stay warm in the cold. Their ears are pointed and their eyes shine in the dark, making them look almost like tiny monsters in the night!

Wolves are hunters. They chase animals through forests or across snowy fields until they get tired and can’t run anymore. Then the wolves eat the animal, just like how you might eat a sandwich after running around at recess.

Wolves live together in groups called packs, and every member has a job, like how your family works together to cook dinner. They are clever, fast, and always have fun, even when they're hunting!
