Boredom happens when we stop having fun. Imagine you're playing with your favorite toy, and after a while, it just doesn’t feel exciting anymore, that’s boredom. It makes us want to do something new or different. To beat it, all you need is a little change, like switching from drawing to jumping rope.
Why Boredom Feels Bad
When we’re bored, our brain feels lazy, like it doesn’t know what to do next. It wants us to find more interesting things to do so we can feel active again.
