How It Works
Each planet has its own path around the Sun, like how you walk around your favorite tree during recess. Some are big and rocky, like Earth, others are small and icy, like a frozen marble.
Why 10?
We used to think there were only 9 planets, but scientists found another one hiding behind the bigger ones, it’s called Pluto. Now we have 10 planets in our family, each with its own special spot in space!
So next time you count your toys or walk around a tree, remember: you're just like a planet, moving in your own fun path!
