What is administrative?

Administrative means doing the behind-the-scenes work to keep things running smoothly.

Imagine you're playing a big game with your friends. Before the game starts, someone has to count how many people are there, make sure everyone has their toys, and decide who goes first. That person is like an administrator, they handle all the organizing so the game can happen without chaos.

Think of an administrator as a playground helper. They don’t play the game themselves, but they make sure everything is ready for you to enjoy it. They check if the swings are working, count how many kids are there, and help sort out any arguments so everyone can have fun.

In school or at work, an administrator might be a teacher who plans the lessons, or someone who makes sure all the papers are in order. They’re like the person who sets up your toy box, not playing with the toys, but making it easy for you to find what you need.
