Collapse is when something strong and full becomes weak and empty, just like a balloon that slowly lets all its air out.
Imagine you have a tower made of blocks, it’s tall, steady, and looks really cool. Each block holds the one above it, so the whole tower stands up proud. But if someone starts taking away the bottom blocks one by one, the tower gets wobbly, then shaky, and eventually crash!, it all falls down. That's collapse.
Like a Playground Swing
Think of a playground swing. When you're on it, it moves back and forth smoothly because the chains are tight and strong. But if the chains start to get loose or break one by one, the swing doesn’t move as well, it might even stop altogether. That’s like a slow collapse too.
Sometimes collapse happens fast, like a tower falling in seconds. Other times, it happens slowly, like a swing that stops moving day by day. Either way, it's just something going from full and strong to empty and weak.
