What is Execution?

Execution is when you turn your plans into actions, just like turning a recipe into a real cake.

Imagine you have a recipe for a chocolate cake. It has all the steps: mix flour and sugar, add eggs, bake in the oven. That's your plan. But to get the actual cake on your plate, you need to do each step one by one, that’s execution.

Like Baking a Cake

When you follow the recipe exactly, like measuring every cup of flour and mixing for the right amount of time, that’s good execution. If you skip steps or rush, the cake might not turn out as expected, just like if you don’t do all your homework, you might not get an A.

Like Building a Lego House

Think of execution like building a Lego house. You have the plan (the picture on the box), but to make it real, you need to put each brick in place, one by one, just like steps in a recipe.

Good execution means following your plan carefully so everything turns out just right! Execution is when you turn your plans into actions, just like turning a recipe into a real cake.
