What is Holland Code (RIASEC)?

Holland Code (RIASEC) is like a fun game that helps you figure out what kind of job or activity makes you happy and good at.

Imagine you have six different kinds of toys, each one represents a way people like to work or play. These are Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, and Conventional.

You answer some simple questions about what you enjoy doing, just like choosing your favorite toy. Then the game tells you which toys (or types of jobs) match you best.

For example:
