Like Starting a Car
Think of ignition like starting your car. Your car has a special button or key that turns on the engine. When you press it, a little spark happens inside the engine, and vroom! The car starts moving. Just like how the matchstick needs a spark to start burning, your car needs that little spark to get going.
How It Feels
It’s like when you put your hand near a hot stove, suddenly it gets really warm, and if you touch it, you feel burning. Ignition is just that moment when something goes from being not burning to burning, because it got hot enough!
Examples
