What is merge?

Merge is when two groups come together to make one bigger group.

Imagine you're playing with your friends at the park. You have 3 kids on your team, and your friend has 2 kids on their team. A merge happens when both teams join together, now you have 5 kids on one big team!

Like combining toy boxes

Think of it like two toy boxes. One box has blocks, the other has cars. When you do a merge, you pour all the toys from both boxes into one big box. Now you have blocks and cars in one place, just like how two groups come together to make one bigger group.

Why it's cool

Merges are everywhere! When you join your class with another class for a special activity, that’s a merge. When your family adds new members, that’s also a kind of merge. It’s not magic, it’s just putting things together in a friendly way!
