What is mobility?

Mobility is how easy it is to move from one place to another.

Imagine you have a toy car. If the floor is smooth, the car zooms around like it’s having fun at a party. But if the floor is bumpy or has big blocks in the way, the car stumbles and takes longer to get where it wants to go. That's mobility, how well something can move from one spot to another, depending on what's in its path.

How It Works

Think of your legs when you're walking. If you’re on a soft carpet, it’s like walking on clouds, easy and comfortable. But if you’re walking on gravel, every step feels like you’re stepping into a rock party. That’s how mobility works for people too, it depends on what you're moving through.

Why It Matters

Good mobility means you can get to places faster and with less effort. It's like having a smooth road for your toy car, or a soft carpet under your feet. When things have good mobility, they don’t get tired as quickly, and they can go where they need to more easily.
