Ownership is when you have control over something, just like having your own toy box.
Imagine you have a favorite toy car. If it's in your toy box, that means you own it, you can take it out, play with it, and even give it to a friend if you want. But if the toy is in someone else’s toy box, like your brother’s, then he has the control, and you don’t.
What Ownership Feels Like
When you own something, you get to make the choices. You decide where it goes, when it comes out, and even what happens to it. It's like having a special spot in your room just for that toy, only you can put things there.
If someone else owns something, they have the same rights. They get to choose how they use their stuff, just like you do with yours.
Sharing Ownership
Sometimes, people share ownership. Maybe you and your friend both own a game because you bought it together. Then you both get to play with it, but only if you agree on the rules!
