How It Works
Imagine you're playing outside on a sunny day, and you see something beautiful, maybe a butterfly landing on a flower. In photography, you use a camera, which is like a special box that takes pictures of what's in front of it.
Inside the camera, there’s something called a lens, it works like your eye when you look at the butterfly. Then there’s a sensor, which catches the light from the scene and turns it into a picture.
Capturing the Moment
When you press the button on the camera, it lets in just the right amount of light, and poof, the picture is saved! It's like pressing a button to make your favorite toy appear in front of you again.
You can take pictures of people, animals, landscapes, or even your snack time. Photography helps you remember things that happen fast, like when your dog runs after a ball or when raindrops fall from the sky.
