Release is when something that was held back or kept from moving comes out and starts to move freely.
Imagine you're holding a big ball in your hands, it's all tucked tight inside your grip, not able to roll or bounce. When you let go, that’s a release! The ball suddenly moves, maybe even rolls across the floor.
Like Letting Go of a Toy
Think about playing with a toy car on a ramp. At first, it's staying put, still and quiet. But when you push it or let it go, it releases from being held back and zooms down the ramp. That’s just like how release works in many parts of life, like when something starts moving after being stopped.
When You Let Go
You’ve probably felt this too, when you hold your breath and then let it out, that’s a kind of release! It's not magic, just letting go.
