How Bees Make Honey
Bees collect pollen, which is like the food they eat, from flowers. They also gather nectar, a sugary liquid from the same flowers. Back in their hive, they turn nectar into honey through a special process, it’s like when you make syrup by boiling down fruit juice. This honey becomes food for bees and, later, food for humans too.
How Bees Help Plants Grow
When bees go from flower to flower, they also help plants grow more. It's kind of like how you might pass a message between your friends, the bee takes pollen from one plant and drops it on another. This helps the plants make new seeds, so we get more fruits and vegetables in our meals.
Bees are like little helpers who work hard to give us something tasty, and they also help plants grow strong, all while having a fun time buzzing around! 🐝
