Daylight Saving Time is like moving the clock forward so we get more daylight in the evening. In spring, we spring forward by adding an hour to our clocks, and in fall, we fall back by subtracting an hour. It’s a little time trick that helps us save energy and enjoy extra light during the day.
Examples
- Imagine waking up in the morning to find that it’s actually still dark out, but you didn’t have to get up earlier because your clock moved back an hour.
