Transmit means sending something from one place to another, just like when you pass a toy to your friend during playtime.
Imagine you and your best friend are sitting across the room from each other. You have a ball, and you want your friend to have it. Instead of getting up and walking over, you throw the ball to them. That’s transmit, you sent the ball from where you were to where your friend is.

How It Happens
Sometimes it happens fast, like a flash of light or a quick throw. Other times, it takes longer, like when you send a letter through the mail. But no matter how long it takes, the idea is still the same: something goes from one place to another, and that’s transmit!
Examples
- A phone call works when your voice turns into sound waves that travel through the air to someone else's phone.
- Sending a message on a walkie-talkie is like using a radio to send and receive signals.
