What is unequal?

Unequal means not the same, one thing is bigger, smaller, more, or less than another.

Imagine you and your friend both have cookies. If you have 3 cookies and your friend has 2, then you have more cookies, and that’s what we call unequal sharing. It's like when you get a bigger slice of pizza than your brother, it’s not the same size.

• If you have 5 toys and your friend has 3, then you have more toys, that’s unequal.
• If one cup is full of water and another is only half-full, they’re not equal, one is fuller than the other.
