What Makes a ‘Good’ Leader?

A good leader is someone who helps others feel strong and happy while working toward a shared goal.

Imagine you're building a tower with blocks, a good leader is like the friend who says, "Let’s take turns putting in blocks," or "If one of us gets stuck, we’ll help each other out." They don’t just want to build the tallest tower; they want everyone to have fun and feel proud.
