What’s the Difference Between a ‘Leader’ and a ‘Ruler’?

A leader is someone who helps people work together toward a common goal, while a ruler is like someone who tells everyone what to do and how to do it.

Imagine you're playing with your friends in the park. If one of them says, “Let’s all build a big sandcastle,” that friend is acting like a leader, they’re helping everyone have fun and work together.

Now imagine if someone else shows up and says, “No, we’re going to build a tower instead, and you’ll use only blue blocks.” That person is more like a ruler, they’re telling people what to do, even if it changes the game.
