Address Translation is like a building's secret code that helps computers find each other.

Think of your house. You have a street address (like "123 Maple Street") that mail carriers use. But inside the house, your mom might call your room "The Blue Room." The computer world uses two kinds of addresses, just like a house uses a street name and room names. One address is for sending letters between cities. The other address is for sending notes between rooms in the same house.
