Why Are Some Stars So Big and Others So Small?

Stars are like giant balloons, some are filled with more stuff and grow really big, others have just enough to stay small. When a star is born, it depends on how much material it has around it. If there's lots of gas and dust nearby, the star grows bigger; if there's not much, it stays tiny. That’s why we see some stars that are huge and others that are little.
