When you're stressed, your body sends extra energy to important parts of your brain, like the ones that help you think and react. But this leaves other parts, like the ones in your head, with less energy. That's why you might feel like you have a 'butt-head' feeling, it's not actually your butt, but your brain is working harder than usual!
