Sometimes, when you're sleeping, your brain makes pictures like a movie, and sometimes those pictures are bright and colorful. Other times, it’s just black and white, like an old TV show. This happens because of different parts of the brain working together during sleep, and sometimes they use color, sometimes not.
Examples
- You dream of flying through a purple sky, but when you wake up, you think it was just dark clouds.
- Sometimes your dreams are like watching a movie with color, other times they feel like old black-and-white films.
