Some people wake up before their alarm because their body clock is telling them it's time to be awake. Just like a little person inside your body who checks the time and says, 'I think I'm ready for the day!' That person is called your circadian rhythm, and it controls when you sleep and when you wake up.
Examples
- A kid wakes up at 6:30 AM even though the alarm isn't set until 7:00 AM.
- Your neighbor always gets up before the sunrise, even when no one else is awake.
- You start your day by brushing your teeth before you’ve even had time to think about it.
