Imagine your brain is like a big toy box, it keeps lots of things inside, but sometimes the toys get mixed up. When you meet someone new, their face goes into one part of the box, and their name goes in another. Later on, when you see their face again, your brain looks for their name in the wrong section and can't find it. That's why we forget names so easily!
